Yeah, finally.
The last mix of my 12 part 2009 mix series is here! It's been a great journey to do the 12 mixes over the year and I think I've gotten around every corner of my music collection (more or less) and shown you how my sets sounds like in a club.
This mix starts off with some deep house stuff, then heads over to more tech-house tracks, some minimal and techno and then ends with the great "P ussy Shepherd" track from "Guillaume & The Coutu Dumonts".

The Brussels-based producer duo Eavesdrop popped up as one of Silenced’ favourite entries of their past demo-contest. No wonder we decided on offering them a release on our newfound netlabel.

Eavesdrop passed through three slices of bumpy Balearic tech-house, driven with subtle percussion and occasionally broken up with a melodic twist. A strong three-tracker based upon repetitiveness as well as organic sounds, letting the summer last just a little bit longer.

After his "Isolation ep" under his moniker Emission, our friend Hannes, this time as Mint4000 is back on Tropic with his partner Mulltone. Together they show us their variety and musical knowledge in 5 tracks. Green Steam is a slow groover with nice harmonies and a laidback dreamy feeling all over. Lesson is more dark with great chord work. third strike is You go too with vocals whisper longingly above the drums. Double checked is more wired and the final track Tingle a slowly masterpiece of electronica.
